When can I cancel?

You can cancel at any time from Dashboard > Billing by opening the secure billing portal. Your service stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that, its data may be retained for up to 30 days before permanent deletion, giving you time to download anything you need.

Can I bring my own domain?

Yes. Add and verify a domain you already own, then select it when you create a site or app route. AppLaunch will show you the DNS record required to route it correctly. New domain registration through AppLaunch is coming soon.

Question 3

What happens if a payment fails?

Accepted Answer

We will warn you and give you time to update your payment details from Dashboard > Billing. If the issue remains unresolved, the affected service may be suspended, but it will not be deleted immediately. We also send advance renewal reminders and a separate warning before any scheduled deletion.

Question 4

What if I don't have a domain?

Accepted Answer

You can claim one free AppLaunch subdomain for each eligible service you own. Docker plans are not currently included. New domain registration is coming soon if you would prefer a custom domain but do not already own one.
